Join us on the beginning of a new adventure, as you take your first steps in kayaking, whether you are looking to become a budding white water kayaker, or trips around the coast in a sea kayak or just the peace and tranquillity of kayaking on a calm lake on a beautiful summers day and taking in the scenery.
This two day course will set you on your way. By the end of the course we hope you will have had a fun experience and have learnt some new skills on the way.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
WHAT WE COVER
The first day will be spent getting used to the Kayaks, making sure that they are set up specifically for you and looking at basic kayak strokes, rescue techniques and lots of fun with the opportunity to be as wet or dry as you like.
The second day generally will involve some form of journey whether this is on a lake or local canal system, slow moving rivers whilst looking at improving on the skills learnt the previous day.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
We will Provide you with any equipment that you require be that a kayak, paddle, helmet etc, all we ask is that you give us notice on booking of equipment required whether it is everything or just a single item.
Wales has a number of beautiful areas a favourite area is Llyn Padarn and local estuaries for a beautiful trip in the Welsh Countryside

Warm outdoor clothing (fleeces, thermals,)
Footwear you don’t mind getting wet (not flip flops or wellingtons)
Drink (Hot or Cold dependant on time of year)
Swimming Costume/Shorts/Clothes you can get wet in
